Dr. Bruce Mabley is a former Canadian diplomat, now retired. He is now the Principal Researcher for the Mackenzie-Papineau Group, a group of international affairs experts (diplomats, journalists, academics and others). He has published recently in The Globe and Mail, Globe Post, Eurasia Revue, Le Droit, Le Soleil, the Montreal Gazette, Australian Outlook and other publications. Maclean Magazine featured an article on his work in Turkey and Syria in early July 2016.

Ashraf Abuissa

Ashraf Abu-Issa is a Qatari businessman and the Chairman of Abuissa Holding. He was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for 2011. He serves on the Board as Endowment Manager of PCRF,a children's relief organization, and is the co-founder of INJAZ Qatar, a non-profit organization aimed at inspiring youth to succeed in the global economy.

Robert Collette holds a 1969 - 1972 Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations/Commerce @ Université Laval / Laval University. Yasser M. Dhouib is a political and human rights activist. He advocates on issues of civil liberties in Canada to international human rights, and professionally consults in Canadian foreign trade in the Gulf region and facilities opportunities for Canadian businesses in progressive and growing economies. He serves as a volunteer VP of the CQFA-AACQ Canadian Qatari Friendship Association, and he is a secretary & Board Member of Canadian-Qatari Business forum (CQBF).

MILES RICHARDSON

Miles G. Richardson O.C., a proud member of the Haida Nation and Canadian, has a rich background marked by leadership and advocacy for First Nations. Educated in economics at the University of Victoria, he led the Council of Haida Nation from 1984 to 1996. Richardson's contributions include pivotal roles in the BC Task Force and the First Nations Summit Task Group, aimed at fostering negotiations and building new relationships between governments and First Nations. A founding member of the David Suzuki Foundation and a respected figure in Indigenous economic development, Richardson's distinguished service has earned him the Officer of the Order of Canada and leadership positions within key initiatives and organizations dedicated to Indigenous prosperity and environmental stewardship.

A pioneering artist with more than 30 years’ experience developing techniques in glass forming, Joel Berman helped established the lexicon of today’s architectural glass industry. The founder of Joel Berman Glass Studios Ltd. in 1980 and Berman Glass Editions Inc. in 2004, his innovative work can be seen—and seen through—in airports, public spaces, and corporate, hospitality and health care facilities around the world.

Jeffrey Graham is Senior Vice President, Global Head of Legal and Regulatory Compliance at SkyPower. Jeffrey is involved in all aspects of the company’s development, operations, financing, and merger and acquisition (M&A) pursuits, with a focus on legal and compliance activities. Jeff joined SkyPower from Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, Canada’s largest national law firm, where he led financial services regulatory and technology practices of the firm. Earlier in his career, he practiced corporate law with Blake Cassels in Toronto and Hogan Lovells in Washington D.C. Over the course of his career in private practice, Jeff has acted for both SMEs and major domestic and international corporations in complex financial and commercial transactions, including transactions involving alternative energy technologies. Jeffrey holds B.Comm. (Honours Economics), BCL and LLB degrees from McGill University and LLM degrees from Cambridge and Columbia Universities. Jeffrey is a member of the Bars of Ontario and the District of Columbia. He was previously a member of the Bar of Quebec.
